... Is torture. I go twice a week. She basically massages my arm which as it turns out is the most painful thing about it. And then I have to do some other exercises. The good news is my arm is getting better. I see the doctor in two weeks and will know more then.I draw a lot of attention with my bionic arm. Truly I can't wait to take this thing off.
