Texas Mom

Got to visit Mary (a.k.a. "Texas Mom") for few days. So great to spend time with her, Mike and Jenny.  Mary and I have been friends forever. I used to babysit for Jay. She gave a job when I needed money delivering newspapers. She has just been and loved me and my family for years.
 

Galveston Day 2

Ventured into town today and walked around. There was some ship thing we went to but I can tell you it was hot.  We shopped and ate, and talked and ate, and walked and ate.

Galveston Girls

Short trip to Galveston to enjoy the company of these ladies. Got a place near the beach so we enjoyed many walks and talks. Jeannie and Shannon both worked for me at Cherokee Trail.  I never laughed as hard as when these two were working for me. 

 

Memories

Dad kept everything. It was not surprising to find these
plaques hanging in the basement. He was super proud
of Tiger and I. They sure bring back wonderful memories
of time spend with Dad and the horses. Could not have
done it without him.

 

Happy Easter

So Kailei left us this note on Easter. Zeb and I had to hunt the eggs this year. Eventually had to have her help us.  

Went to church and then out to Tracie's.  

The family endulged me with wearing the glasses and headbands for some pictures.

Keara made the cake.

Some things don't change. They complain a little more, but they indulge me.
