Family Time

Talked the girls into going to the mountains with Zeb and I for a picnic. Kailei doesn't do nature very often so I was pleasantly suprised she agreed. Keara was up for it since Kailei was coming. 

Went to a park near Indian Hills in the mountains. Love just getting away. We don't do it enough.

Andrea's New Addition

Got to visit with this new mama today. Huxton has a baby brother now. Mom and baby are doing great for the most part. Mom had some complications but is hanging in there. I brought over dinner and desert for all. Got to love on Beau some which was fun. I didn't get to do that with Huxton due to Covid.  Love this family.

Adopteen Camp

Another year of Adopteen Camp. So glad Kailei was able to go. Great location for us since it is at Denver University which is not far. Fun was had by all. Trip to Boulder this year was one of the outings. Someone tied to the adoption center opened up their backyard to the group for swimming. Apparently it was quite the place with a pool, and lake. They had food catered in,  candy buffets, bouncy castles and more. Sounded amazing.  Lots of good times were had and once again I'm grateful she has this group.

 

Birthday Concert

Tracie and I took Dad to the Jame's Taylor concert at Fiddler's Green tonight. It was a birthday present. Nice out until it started to rain but wasn't unbearable. It's been a long time since we all have been to a concert but we enjoyed it. Best was just the time spent with Dad.  I don't think he was looking forward to it initially but ended up loving it.

Pretty sure I got it on the plane. Don't feel horrible but the girls are acting like I have leprocy.
 

Scotland Adventure - Day 8

I love gardens so Caroline, Rosie and Isabella took me to the botanical gardens in Glasgow today. Weather was amazing and so was the company. 

Really enjoyed the gardens. Could have stayed and read a book there all day but Isabella was not up for that. We went to the Kelvingrove Museum and had lunch and a walk about. 

It was a good day.
