Early Birthday

Khiem celebrated his birthday early this year as the Davison's were headed to Vietnam.  It was great seeing Grandma finally.  We've missed having her at our celebrations.  Can't believe my nephew is getting so old.  Yikes! That means I am getting old too!

Proud of Sydney as she made her confirmation this evening.  Her journey there required a lot, but she did it. 

Red Rocks

One of my favorite comedians, Trevor Noah, came and played Red Rocks. I was so excited, and while the tickets were more than I wanted to spend it was definitely worth it. Such a great venue too. And to top it all off I had a great guy accompany me.

Coffee with Friends

Always nice to catch up with friends. Grabbed tea with Sheryl Lawrence today. We don't get to spend as much time together as I'd like, but I treasure the time that we do.

Mother's Day Breakfast

Woke up to an amazing Mother's Day breakfast. I love this little tradition that the girls have. But I love even more that they are the reason I'm a mother.

Unifed Awards Banquet

Kailei spent a lot of her time helping the Unified sports teams this year. It was something new to her, but it seems like she grew to enjoy it. Tonight she was acknowledged for her work helping the team and she lettered in basketball and track. As she once told me…”I do it for the kids.”
