National Honor Society

Kailei has maintained her grades and completed numerous hours of volunteer work as a part of National Honor Society. Tonight she received her stoll that she will wear above her gown at graduation. She worked hard for it and once again, we are proud parents.

 

Senior Award Night

Gosh, I don't think we can be any prouder of this girl. She made the most of high school. Tonight she received the Faculty Award for Exceptional Quality and a Four-Year Varsity Letter Recipient Award.

 

Prom Night Fun

Didn't anticipate having a bunch of teenagers over for Prom, but somehow I did. I'm sure one of the reasons was that our house was five minutes away from the prom location.  Another reason is that it was very windy outside so pictures so that thwarted outside pictures.  

This group didn't last long at prom. After about an hour there Kailei called and asked to come home. No way was I going to let them come home after 60 minutes. They managed to stay until about 9pm when their social battery died so they came over here for ice cream and played games until the after-party at Celebrity Bowling.  

Kailei looked beautiful and I'm just glad she went
and had fun with friends. 

I was a little disappointed I didn't get to go dress  shopping with Kailei but she did great. I did get consulted via text messages and pictures since I was paying for it.  The dress fit like a glove and she made it her own by wearing combat boots.

Family Date

Thought this would be a fun family date. I think this comedian is hysterical. The girls appreciated it, but not sure they found her as funny as Zeb and I did. Oh well, it was worth a shot.

D&D

Zeb enjoys playing D&D and is a part of two groups this spring. My former colleague reached out and invited Zeb to play with his family.  They play once a month and have a great time. 
 

Theatre Date

Judith filled in as my theatre date today. Neither Zeb, nor the girls were interested. It was not the best show, but the company was good.
