A First

If I've been to the Botanic Gardens, I don't remember so we decided to head downtown and take a look.  Unbeknown to us it was free day so the rest of Denver was heading down there too.  Ugh.  After fighting for a parking space we managed to make it inside and met Sheryl and Samantha.  It really was beautiful but it was also VERY HOT.  We were melting and seeking shelter where we could.  I think I would prefer a trip in the fall when it is cooler but it is definitely worth visiting again. 

On the way home the girls fell asleep in the car so I took it as a sign for me as well and I pulled over into a parking lot took a nap with them.
