Colorado Springs

Spent the day with my sister-in-law.  She is out visiting her husband but he had to work today.  I'm on fall break so I decided we would do something together.  Tried to get the girls to come with me but no luck.

It was a gorgeious day so we headed down to Garden of the Gods.  We got to eat lunch outside on the patio and we walked around some of the beautiful landscape.  We also went to Manitou Springs on the way out and walked around town there.  I got a very yummy funnel cake while Carolyn had a milkshake. 

It was a lovely day.
