Vegas Day 2 and 3

Money goes fast in Vegas therefore I need to find other ways to entertain myself. I love seeing the shows so we picked up 2 for 1 tickets to see America's Got Talent. It was basically a showcase of some memorable acts.  Never been in a theatre with such fancy lighting effects. It was amazing. 

Also got a chance to meet up with a former colleague for lunch. Denise retired when I did and was one of the best deans every. She had such a way with kids. She moved to Vegas shortly after. It was so fun catching up with her.  

Hooked on Wizard of Oz and Willy Wonka slot machines. Winning a little but losing a lot.

 

Vegas!

Mom talked me into going to Vegas with her, Caroline and Aunt Judy. We stayed at the Luxor where Mom gets great deals.

Coffee Date

Paul has been by work husband the last 20 years. I miss seeing him every day but glad we got to catch up. Zeb sees him more now because they play D&D together.

Another mountain conquored

I think this was the time where he decided to hike and ended up hiking 9 hours. Not a great way to test out your hip. 
 

Sunday Night Concert

Couldn't pass up a chance to see Skerryvore again. Apparently it was their last night in the US before heading back to Scotland. It was at a small venue in Colorado Springs. Enjoyed the music and company. Even slow danced with my husband which hasn't been done if YEARS.
