A Little Getaway

 A new hotel opened up in town. The Gaylord Rockies, and because it’s a Gaylord resort I knew it was going to be cool. Decided we would take advantage of a special and just get out of the house for a night. It is a beautiful hotel and conference center. Kailei and Zeb enjoyed the large hot tub. Keara and I got some reading done, and again we just simply enjoyed being away from the dogs and the hustle and bustle of life for an evening.

Archer Christmas

Another wonderful Christmas spent with family. Grateful that we have each other and that the love abounds.  Keara had to work this evening, but fortunately go to spend most of the day with us.  

Homemade Gifts

Girls decided to make all their gifts this year so these are just a few of them. I love that they spend the time and energy to make it special for everyone.

Our Little Christmas

 Started off Christmas with the girls opening their gifts. Each year the pile gets smaller, but the amount of money sure doesn’t. Keara got books, yoga stuff, a diffuser and things to make her Zen. Kailei's gift this year was a computer so in order to match the number of gifts that Keara had we wrapped up lots of food (oatmeal cream pies, dark chocolate candy bars, popcorn) for her to unwrap. It was on her list so she couldn’t complain and of course was surprised at the computer.

Christmas Eve

Enjoyed Christmas Eve festivities at Tracie’s house after church this year. Love our traditions. Good party food and good fun.
