Keara's Sophomore School Picture

Surgery #2

Zeb had a second surgery on his eye done today. He had what they called up a truck to me where they insert a ball of silicone oil in the back of his eye. He's been lying on his back for the last couple of weeks and now he's going to have to be face down. The surgery went well but of course it's never easy. He's being a trooper about it all. I'm not sure I would do as well.

YMCA Camp

Labor Day weekend we decided to head up to the mountains with some of our MWCC group members. I usually don't like to go away around Labor Day because it's my first break after working since July but we really enjoyed ourselves. We played mini-golf, we did arts and crafts, we made somore's, we played games and simply enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Missed having my husband there but the girls and I had a good time. Decided we need to get up here more. 

Estes Park Day 3

Unfortunately we had to cut short our MWCC stay. It wasn't by much but Keara felt like she really needed to get home and do some homework. So we took all of our group pictures with the beautiful mountains in the background and left with the our memories.

Estes Park

Headed up to Estes Park today with the girls. I'd wish that would be joining us but he was home lying flat on his back. We simply walked around town and obviously had some ice cream. Did a little window shopping and enjoy the great weather. Love when the girls are getting along.
