First Day of Spring Break

Kicked off spring break by going down to Lucille’s for some been yummy beignets. The whole family came but then Zeb had to go home because he wasn’t feeling well. The girls and I then went down to the Museum of Nature and Science. We also saw the 3-D movie Superdogs which of course we loved. Had some nice quality time with the girls. Hopefully there will be more to come.

Snow Day!

Was blessed with two snow days this week. Doesn’t happen very often but when the bomb cyclone hits Denver you know we might get stranded. Tons of snow and crazy winds, but we were all safe inside. Keara did have to go to work at the movie theater but ended up leaving early when the theatre closed. The dogs and I enjoyed our reading time.

Unified Track

The idea of track did not interest Kailei at all because she is not a runner. However, when asked if she was going to do unified track she replied, "I’ll do it for the kids." We had our first track meet and everyone seemed to have a great time. Love watching her with these kids.

Theatre Date!

Lynn and I got to spend the afternoon going to see "The Play That Goes Wrong". We laughed a lot which was much needed. Had a great dinner and it was fun catching up. So nice to have friends that are there no matter what.

A Little Color

Kailei dared to be different today and decided to add a little color to her hair. Shari had fun doing it and Kailei loves it.
